Modernization

Our proposition is to replace linear fluorescent lighting with energysaving LED lighting. Appropriately chosen parameters will lead to reduction of energy consumption, decrease costs of maintenance and improve light quality.

Converter malfunction and too soon burn-out of fluorescent lighting are very common issues in buses. We have developed technology that solve bth of them.

Basic data

  • electronic control unit equipped with following protections: short circuit, overload and over voltage
  • during bus ride, irrespectively of possible voltage fluctuations, lamp provides the same luminous flux stabilized by electronic unit - checked fluctuations: 27V - 32V
  • during the pull up when engine is still on, energy consumption of LED lamp decreases of approx. 60% to prevent discharging accumulator battery. At the same time the LED lamp provides enough lighting output to remain decent visibility inside the bus
  • warranty both for LED lighting and electronic control unit

Benefits

  • energy consumption reduction - due to the fact that LED lighting is far more energy efficient, passengers have access to both cheaper and higher light quality
  • lower service costs - our technology eliminates issues with converter
  • lower maintenance costs - due to high lifespan and reliability of LEDs
  • safety - no dangerous for environment and human life mercury content as in fluorescent lamps
  • ecology - LED implementation decreases carbon footprint

Experience

We are experienced in modernization of lighting of Solaris and Jelcz buses. We have already worked with municipal transport companies such as:
